Appointing an independent inspectorate, coordinating sampling and laboratory analysis, and issuing the certificate of analysis against the contract specification.
Freight & logistics
Inland haulage, port handling, container stuffing or bulk loading, and ocean freight booking on FOB, CFR or CIF terms under Incoterms® 2020.
Export documentation
Invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, COA and commodity‑specific declarations prepared to match your letter of credit exactly.
Compliance & due diligence
KYC on counterparties, supplier screening in the spirit of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, and traceability of each lot back to its producing operation.

Enquiry & scoping
Commodity, grade, tonnage, destination port and target Incoterm. We confirm feasibility and indicative pricing, usually within one business day.

Sourcing & sampling
We identify producing partners at origin, draw representative samples and share the preliminary assay before anyone commits.

Contract & terms
Specification, tolerances, payment instrument, inspection appointment and shipping window are fixed in a signed sales contract.

Inspection & loading
The independent inspectorate verifies quality, weight and loading. The certificate of analysis is issued and containers are sealed under supervision.
05
Shipment & documents
Freight is booked, documents are released against your payment instrument, and we track the consignment through to discharge.
